The Wayside Equity Training Center offers nonprofit leadership teams, boards and employees customized trainings that are designed to advance the unique goals of each organization. Relying on flexible, tested models, our trainers partner with organizations resulting in a deeper understanding of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and how it can become part of their daily work. Ultimately, the goal is for participants to have the tools and skills to address racism in all its forms, creating a more effective, efficient and equitable nonprofit sector.
