Understanding and Treating Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
Understanding and Treating Avoidant Restrictive Food Intake Disorder (ARFID)
ARFID recognized in 2013, is more than “picky eating.” It’s a complex condition often missed by providers, leaving families struggling. This training will help you understand ARFID, learn effective treatment strategies like building structure, reducing food pressure, and gradual exposure and discover how providers can partner with schools and medical teams.
Sarah will also be available for consultation immediately after the training—reserve 11:30–12:30 in your calendar!
