Survivors of sexual assault and domestic violence are at increased risk as a result of isolating at home with their abusers. If you feel unsafe or are in immediate danger, reach out for help by calling our free hotline. Trauma Intervention Services are free, available in multiple languages and there is no referral needed.

Our FREE and confidential Rape Crisis Hotline is staffed 24/7 for those who feel unsafe or are in need of immediate support. Help is available in English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Counseling Services
Our trauma team is continuing to provide counseling services via phone or video conference. Supportive counseling is available to new and existing clients. To schedule an appointment, call 508-469-3135, Monday-Friday between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. Counseling is available in multiple languages including English, Spanish and Portuguese.
Rape Crisis Medical Advocacy
We are suspending our hospital and court advocacy services until further notice. Survivors presenting at the hospital will have the opportunity to connect with an advocate over the phone for support. Those with questions about the sexual assault exam and evidence collection can call our hotline at 1-800-511-5070.
