PROGRAM DIRECTOR (Waltham):
Full time position responsible for
overall administrative, clinical management and supervision of
outpatient mental health and substance abuse services based in
Waltham/Arlington/ Watertown. LICSW, or Licensed Psychologist
required plus a minimum of 5 years clinical experience. Supervisory,
managerial, and budgetary experience also a must. Bilingual and

Part- time position for MA licensed
psychiatrist to provide psychiatric assessment and
psychopharmacology services to a mixed outpatient caseload of

MEDICAL BILLING COORDINATOR (Waltham):
Full time position with oversight responsibility to ensure revenues are maximized for counseling services by timely and accurate billing practices, and coordination of all facets of billing. Provides back-up support to receptionist staff in covering front desk responsibilities including, but not limited to, answering the phone, checking in and assisting clients, maintaining a master schedule, scheduling appointments, and other duties as assigned. Qualifications include but not limited to working knowledge of third party billing practices and rules, knowledge of ICD-9 coding and medical terminology, and strong attention to detail abilities. Associates Degree in Business or combination of education and work experience. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and computer skills required. Minimum two years medical billing experience required with behavioral healthcare/mental health billing preferred.

MEDICAL RECORDS SPECIALIST (Waltham):
Part time position needed to ensure the medical records are compliant with Counseling Services Policies & Procedures regarding medical records. The Medical Records Specialist opens and closes charts according to established guidelines, files clinical paperwork accurately and in a timely manner, arranges appropriate storage of cases both on and off site, responds to requests for records in accordance with HIPAA regulations and Counseling Services Policies & Procedures, and assists Clinical Director with Utilization Review procedures. The position will work cooperatively to ensure efficient and pleasant office management practices /administrative support and is expected to act professionally and in a manner consistent with Waysideís core service values: resiliency, excellence, and diversity. Qualifications: Knowledge of confidentiality standards, excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to demonstrate positive, work-oriented attitudes. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required with one-year experience in a service or office environment where interaction with the public was required. Experience in a medical or behavioral healthcare setting is preferred.

(2) Experienced professionals who can manage a team of staff in fun outdoor activities planned and executed by the Programís Coordinator and team. Candidates must be able to plan creatively and supervise summer staff in monitoring, intervening and helping DSS involved adolescents to have fun and grow in a summer program from June25- August 22. This person must be able to oversee and challenge approximately 16 girls and/or 12 boys in a therapeutic outdoor summer program. Ideal candidate is energetic with a good sense of humor and will have worked in a residential or school setting in a management position, along with a mind for logistics and details. SUMMER PROGRAM COUNSELORS (Framingham):
Positions available for highly energetic people who are interested in working with adolescents. Candidate must be able to run activities, set limits and monitor approximately 20 youth involved in the DSS system. Only those looking to spend time with youth and help them grow need apply!
