The heart of a Courageous Conversation is being an excellent communicator! Wayside views itself as a Courageous Conversations teaching facility. We do this through creating a culture of Courageous Conversations and using the tools of Motivational Interviewing, the Validate - Challenge - Request model, and the Therapeutic Crisis Interventions model.
